  • Written guidance for connecting your domain, plus a step-by-step guide for your specific registrar
  • Your first month of the care plan
  • Two rounds of changes after we first show you the site

Not included

The bits that make it a different product.

  • Email. We don't set up, move or change email. Yours keeps working exactly as it does today because we never change your nameservers.
  • Copywriting. We tidy what you give us. We don't write your business from scratch. If you have no copy, we use what's already on your website and social profiles.
  • Ecommerce, bookings and logins. No shops, payment pages, customer accounts or booking calendars.
  • Stock photography licences. If you want licensed images, you buy them and send them.
  • SEO outcomes. We do the on-page work properly. We won't claim where you'll rank. Anyone who does is guessing.
  • More than two rounds of changes. After that it's £75 an hour, quoted before we start.
  • Ongoing content work beyond the one change a month in the care plan.

The care plan

£29 a month. It isn't optional.

Hosting, SSL certificate, weekly backups, uptime monitoring and one content change a month. A website nobody hosts or updates stops being useful within a year, so we don't sell builds without it.

Cancel any time with a month's notice. If you do, we'll export the site files to you.

The clock starts properly

Ten working days from a complete brief.

The ten days start when your brief is complete, not when you pay. We need the basics before we can do the job properly.

If we don't have your brief within 30 days of payment, we'll build from your existing website and social profiles and deliver it as final. Changes after that are £75 an hour. We'll send four reminders first.
