What we collect
Client: name, business, email, phone, domain, uploaded files. Prospect: name, business, email, consent record. Partner: name, email, phone, bank details on invoice.

Contract performance for clients and partners. Legitimate interests plus consent for prospect outreach.
Lawful basis
Article 6(1)(b) contract, 6(1)(f) legitimate interests, PECR consent for marketing email.
Processors
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and storage), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email), Google (fonts, maps).
Retention
Client data for the life of the care plan plus 6 years for tax. Prospect data 24 months from last contact. Suppression list indefinitely, since that is the point of it.
Your rights

Suppression
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop future marketing messages. Your email address remains on the suppression list so we do not contact you again by mistake.
